The problem
Artificial networks and the biological ones they are named after fail differently, and the interesting question is where and why.
The approach
Phase two of a topological feature build-out, in the open.
Outcomes
Early, and the honest statement is that this entry is thinner than the others because the work is in progress rather than finished. The decision-quality experiment running on this site collects human data for the other half of the comparison.
